SaasLancer (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates saaslancer.org and all tools hosted on it — a smart tools platform for independent professionals. For privacy questions: hello@saaslancer.org

- Contact form: Your name, email address and message
- Newsletter signup: Name and email address
- Paid plan registration: Name, email and billing info (processed by Stripe — we never see card details)
- Usage data: Anonymous data about pages visited, used only to improve our tools
- Device info: Browser type, OS and screen size — for compatibility only
- IP address: Collected by our server for security. Never sold or shared.
- Your tool usage data (sessions, invoices, proposals) — stored in your browser only
- We never sell, rent or trade your data to any third party
- We never use your data to train AI models

04🔒 How we store your data
All data you create inside SaasLancer tools (time sessions, invoices, projects, earnings, proposals) is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device on the free plan. We have no access to any of it.
Paid account information is stored on secure servers protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We retain it for as long as your account is active, and for 90 days after deletion for legal compliance.

SaasLancer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it immediately.
09📝 Policy changes
When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top, notify Pro users by email, and post a notice on our homepage for 30 days. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
